Mr. Siddiqui has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and motion practice. At McGuinness & Associates, Mr. Siddiqui works in conjunction with the firm’s other attorneys on construction and breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining McGuinness & Associates, Mr. Siddiqui practiced in Texas at a large litigation firm where he gained valuable experience in all phases of litigation and motion practice, appeared and argued at hearings on behalf of clients, conducted and defended depositions, and second-chaired trials. Mr. Siddiqui also has experience practicing employment-based immigration law, and has represented the interests of several Fortune 500 companies.
